Detailed Description of Good and / or Services
Creative Equipment (CE) is a supplier of Power Products and Garden Equipment.
When you submit your order to us, you will receive an email confirming that we have received your order and are processing it. Once payment has been received all orders will be shipped within 3 working days of payment unless otherwise stated.
You will then receive a second email from us notifying you that your order has been processed and shipped. The second email should include tracking information for your delivery.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes
Our courier service provides ‘door to door’ service and does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please provide us with a work address if you would like your items to be delivered to your offices.
Pricing of Merchandise
Prices include Value Added Tax (VAT) at a rate of 14%. Prices on the website are updated regularly and may change without notice. Prices are dependent on International Exchange rates.
CE updates stock levels daily. Should an item become temporarily out of stock, the item will not be displayed on the site. In the instance that an item becomes permanently out of stock the item will be removed from the website entirely. Due to the nature of the CE business model, items & stock availability on an Order, may need to be confirmed from time to time. This will be communicated to you directly (via phone call or e mail) as and when applicable. In this rare event, we will contact you and you may elect to *Cancel the order and receive a refund *Wait until the item is in stock again (place on back order)*We substitute the item with a similarly priced alternative.
Occasionally packages are returned to us undeliverable, should this event occur, every attempt will be made to contact you to make arrangement for the re-shipment. If this is due to an incorrect address being given you may incur further costs as we cannot take responsibility for incorrect addresses being supplied.
We will try to have items delivered to you within 5 working days unless otherwise stated, but can not guarantee this as there may be unforeseen problems causing the delivery to take longer than expected.
All Courier costs will be paid for by the buyer in the amount agreed upon by the seller. If an item is damaged during shipping the seller will not be held responsible.
Return and Refunds Policy
The provision of goods and services by CE is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, CE will refund the client in full within 10 days. Products may not be returned unless the incorrect product has been supplied by CE or the product is damaged or faulty. If the wrong product has been supplied, or if the product is faulty or damaged, CE will exchange it on condition that the customer returns the product within five days of receipt. In such an instance, CE will make a reasonable effort to exchange the product upon receipt of the returned products, but if replacement is not possible, CE will refund the purchase price including delivery cost upon receipt of the returned products. Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 10% administration fee. Refunds will only ever be paid back into the account from which the original transaction payment was made, under no circumstances will refunds be paid into any other account.
CE shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, “personal information” shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA).
Payment Options Accepted
Payment may be made via Visa, Master Card, Diners or American Express credit cards or by bank transfer into the CE bank account, the details of which will be provided on request.
Credit Card Acquiring and Security
Credit card transactions will be processed for CE by VCS which is an approved independent and secure payment gateway which ensures absolute security when buying on line.
Customer Details Separate from Card Details
Customer details will be stored by CE separately from card details which are entered by the client on a secure site.
Merchant Outlet Country and Transaction Currency
The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the card holder is South Africa. Transaction Currency is ZAR (South African Rand) and the amount could fluctuate due to changes in the exchange rate.
CE takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer services and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods. Any complaints may be sent to email@example.com. Each case will be considered individually and the seller will respond in writing.
Country of Domicile
This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and CE chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature, 18 Main Road, Fisher’s Hill. Germiston. 1401.

These Terms and Conditions (“the Terms and Conditions”) govern your (“the User”) use of the Creative Equipment (CE) (“Provider”) website located at the domain name talontools.co.za (“the Website”). By accessing and using the Website, the User agrees to be bound by the Terms and Conditions set out in this legal notice. The User may not access, display, use, download, and/or otherwise copy or distribute Content obtained on the website for marketing and other purposes without the consent of the Provider.

E-Commerce & Privacy
The Website talontools.co.za sells Power Products and Garden Equipment. online. The use of any product or service bought from this Website is at the purchaser’s risk. The purchaser/ user indemnifies and holds the Provider harmless against any loss, injury or damages which may be sustained as a result of using the products sold on the Website.
The private information required for executing the orders placed through the e-commerce facility, namely the User’s personal information and credit card details, delivery address and telephone numbers will be kept in the strictest confidence by the Provider and not sold or made known to third parties. Only the necessary information, that is the delivery address and contact phone number will be made known to third parties delivering the product. Credit card details are not kept by the Provider under any circumstances.
The Provider cannot be held responsible for security breaches occurring on the User’s electronic device (Personal Computer or other electronic device used to browse the Website), which may result due to the lack of adequate virus protection software or spyware that the User may inadvertently have installed on his/her device.
The Provider will supply all goods to the delivery company in good order. The Provider will not be held liable for the condition of goods arriving at the User’s chosen delivery address.
Online Payment – MyGate Payment Gateway
All online credit card payments are processed by the MyGate Internet Payment Gateway. Card Holders may go to www.mygate.co.za to view MyGate’s security policies.
Refund and Return Policy
The provision of goods and services is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, the provider will refund the client in full within 30 days. Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 10% charge for administration costs.
The Provider reserves the right to cancel an order for which payment has already been received. This may occur if stock is insufficient or the quality of goods ordered does not meet the Provider’s standards. Should the Provider exercise this right, the User will receive a full refund with no deductions.

Updating of these Terms and Conditions
Provider reserves the rights to change, modify, add or remove from portions or the whole of these Terms and Conditions from time to time.
